Privacy and data ownership for club pages

Who owns what

Your club owns its sponsor page, its packages, its sponsor list and every enquiry it receives. We look after the data for you. We never sell it, never share it with another club or body, and never contact your sponsors.

Take it with you

From your club dashboard you can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, on the free plan or Pro. A second admin can be added so the page survives a change of committee.

What we store

• Your club details, packages and the contact details you choose to show on your page.
• Sponsor enquiries: the name, business, email, phone and message a sponsor sends, and that they agreed to share them with your club.
• Your sponsor tracker: who you asked, what they said, and what was paid or given.
• Page counts: views, QR scans and clicks. Visitors are counted with a daily scrambled code, never by storing an IP address.

Sponsors who send an enquiry

Your details go to the club you wrote to, so they can reply. The club is responsible for how it uses them after that. Ask the club, or us, to remove them at any time.

Youth pages

A page marked junior or youth cannot take alcohol, vape, tobacco, gambling or betting sponsors, on the page or in the tracker.

Reports and takedowns

Anyone can report a page. If two different visitors report it, the page is hidden until the club confirms by email that it still runs it. A page reported again after that is reviewed by a person.

Club Page Pro billing

Pro is free with no card for a set period, then billed once a year by invoice. The club can cancel with one click on its dashboard. If an invoice is not paid, the page goes back to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
