Five templates you open in Canva, make a copy of and edit with your own logo, colours and photos. Bought one at a time they are $29 each.

Asset inventory tool
List everything your club can offer a sponsor, so the same spot is never sold twice.
You fill in these columns for every asset:
- Asset ID

- Placement
- Description
- Size
- Visibility, 1 to 5
- Audience and reach
- Duration
- Quantity or exclusivity
- Price band
- Status: open, offered or confirmed
- Sponsor
- Mockup
Categories it covers: jersey, shorts, training kit, signage, digital and social, venue, events and hospitality, naming rights, broadcast and live stream.

Proposal deck outline
A slide by slide outline with prompts for each slide, with a club version and a union version. Fill it in, then lay it out in the proposal deck template.
Before you buy.
The first year of Club Page Pro
Pro is included until one year after you buy. It adds the sponsor tracker, the logo wall for paid sponsors, the one pager, rate card and sponsor invoice PDFs, thank you and season-end reports, renewal reminders and a second admin.
Already have a club page with the same email? It moves to Pro straight away. No page yet? Build one with that email and Pro is on. After the year, Pro is $149 a year, or the page drops back to free and nothing is deleted.
How it works
- Self serve. The tools are open as soon as you have paid, and the template links come by email.
- Your committee fills them in with your own details, at your own pace.
- Everything you make is yours to keep and use.
What is not included
- We do not build the pack or make the asks for you.
- We do not take commission.
- We do not guarantee sponsors.
